Information we collect

Candidates: name, email, phone number, location, resume/CV, work history, skills, and the other profile fields you fill in during registration.

Recruiters: name, company details, work email, and search/invitation activity on the platform.

Payments: profile-fee payments are processed directly by Razorpay or PayU. We store the resulting transaction reference and status, but we never see or store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.

How your information is used

To create and display your candidate profile or recruiter account, process your payment, and deliver invitations between candidates and recruiters.

To send transactional emails — registration confirmation, payment receipts, and invitation notifications.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

What recruiters can and cannot see

Your phone number is never shown publicly or to recruiters, under any setting.

Your email address is shown to recruiters only if the site administrator has explicitly enabled that setting — it is OFF by default.

Your resume is only accessible via a secure, access-controlled link — it is not publicly listed or indexed.

Data retention and your rights
